    Stout - Toppling Goliath KBBS for me (and many others). I was finally able to snag MD this year in a trade with it getting released again, but this one is way out of reach. Hoping it gets brewed and released again like MD so I have a shot.

    Hoppy - Treehouse Haze since I've gotten to try many of their other hoppy beers and all were amazing.

    Lambic - Blåbær since Don Q is retired and much harder to find (I assume).

    One of the benefits of living in Köln half the year is being able to drink this. You are absolutely right. It is amazing. I may be able to bring a few home for ya if I have room among the Cantillon.

    Just saw too that Craft Conundrum (in West Ashley) has a couple bottles of older BAMC available as well, in case you want to check out another spot too. It's a great bar with some phenomenal stuff on tap.

    Right now it's Westly and Ann.

    Mornin' Delight and Chez Monus were up there, but I finally had MD recently and have a Chez on the way.. purely by a stroke of luck.

    I had 2 recently. One was BA Mexican Cake. I liked the Non-BA better. Might have been the variant. I had Jack.

    The other was HF BA Everett. This was from 2/14. A little hot but wasn't disappointed.

    The white whale is tricky because when you finally capture it another emerges. I'm currently chasing KBBS. But before that it was Fou, CBS, BCBS Vanilla, etc...
