Hi! My husband and I just moved to Twentynine palms (he got stationed here). His favorite beer is Yuengling. I was curious how trading works?

I'm sure you'll find someone to trade but you can also purchase it online and have it shipped

@cryptichead told you pretty much everything you need to know, but let me point out a few other considerations.

In order to trade for Yuengling, you're going to have to find something that someone wants to trade for it. Also, trading is a bit of a hassle, and shipping has gotten increasingly expensive. If it were me involved in the trade, I'd insist that you find something pretty unusual and/or limited to justify my time and expense. So this is likely going to be an expensive proposition for you.

If you use halftime you'll avoid some of the hassle, but you're still going to likely pay at least double what you were paying previously for a 12 pack of Yuenglimg lager (again, primarily because of the shipping and handling costs). Maybe it's worth the expense on a one time basis, but you probably don't want to make a habit of this.

On the other hand, there is a huge selection of craft beer available in California, including some lager specialists. Sounds like you and your husband are going to be in Twentynine palms for a while... why not check out some of the local options and see if you can find a new favorite? That should be fun for you and your husband, and in the end it will likely save you a considerable amount of money.

Good luck to both you and your husband.

    Somewhat related…
In the last month I saw Narragansett lager in local stores for the 1st time in central California.
