Crafted at Prohibition Pig in Waterbury, Vt.

This punch was made by Jacob Grier & Yetta Vorobik for the 2012 Superbowl, and then formulated to a pint cocktail for an event at Prohibition Pig. The idea was to showcase a Hill Farmstead citrus-forward IPA in a beer cocktail.

1 oz Beefeater Gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Galliano
1 barspoon Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur
3 cucumber slices

Shake all ingredients, pour into Ball jar. Top with ice and Hill Farmstead Citra Pale Ale.
