When we empty a tank of Celebration Fresh Hop IPA, the dry-hop bags stay behind, hanging in midair by a pulley system. We patiently wait and collect every drop of beer from those saturated bags—extreme fresh hop flavor we call Celly Drippins. It’s Celebration IPA, supercharged.
What’s more, it’s very limited. Out of every 875 cans of regular Celebration IPA, we get the equivalent of one can of Celly Drippins.

Enjoyed several servings at the Mills River release party on 11-21-2025 for roughly $8.50 for a 10-ounce pour.
Beer was served a cloudy reddish-orange with a very nice long-lasting head.
Nose was more floral and earthy than Celebration.
Taste is a moderate caramel and pale malt base in which the hop tea bags deliver a more earthy flavor than Celebration. Finishes with a nice piney bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and smooth.
Overall, it was great to experience this brew once again as it has been 3 years!

Crowler. White head with some lace. Orange golden color.
Having this sbs with 2024 celly. This makes regular boring in comparison. It’s celly on roids. Much more sticky and resiny. Grapefruit, pine, caramel. Sticky, resiny, floral, piney.
So flavorful and complex! This is awesome!

Crowler filled on 11/22/24; consumed on 12/3/24
Pours a deep, crystal-clear, orange-tinged amber hue capped with a rich, off-white foam; great head retention leaves a modest layer of cap, large, frothy collar, and myriad rings of chunky lacing caked across the walls of the glass.
Aromas of sticky pine resins coat the senses, flowing into vivid expanses of lemon varnish, grapefruit pith, and red berry as an earthy malt tinge supports lingering orange accents.
Taste opens with lemon varnish glossing the profile atop a floral undercurrent, with accents of orange oils and grapefruit pith over the mid-palate settling to edgy hop resins extending through the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium-light body and an ample fluff of spritzy, pillowy carbonation; a slick, glossy tinge yields a resinous glide past the mid-palate, building to subliminal bitterness finishing.
Hyper saturation into evocative, resinous focus atop a deft malt underbelly; a wholly unique evolution of an already-intriguing seasonal gem from Sierra Nevada.

On draft at Mills River, NC location
Clear, medium amber in color, white head. Good lacing and head retention. Very pungent hop aroma - dank pine resin, candied grapefruit, a little floral, balances with the mild caramel malt. Long finish, nice bitterness without harshness. Thin to medium bodied, sticky feel.
