Taken from my notes on 06.12.08.
Served in a tulip, clearish golden raisin appearance. Low carbonation with little froth. Nice honeydew, honey, spice aromas. Wheaty and zesty with a nice hop flavor. Pretty fragrant with a nice spicyness (nutmeg?) Quite drinkable and perfect for this hot season.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, pale copper body with a small, thin, white head.
Smell: Aroma of spiced pears, peaches, bananas, and fresh, soft wheat.
Taste: Sweetish, light malted wheat. Dash of pear and peach juice, with a slight sourness to it. Tastes of spice and bananas follow and lasts, along with that growing sourness, until the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Soft carbonation.
Drinkability: It's alright. I dare say I preferred their La Fin du Poulet Saison to this.

This beer comes out a really beautiful transparent golden amber. The strong, malty aroma has definite fruit (apple) and citrus components. Flavor is smooth and malty with a good hoppy bite and an undertone redolent of a good white wine. Aftertaste has some bitterness, but it is a good hop bitterness.
