On tap at The Bruery in Placentia, CA.
Described as a hoppy ale with ghost peppers.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy bone head that fades to nothing. Tiny dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, citrus, and chile pepper aromas. Taste is much the same with slight citrus and intense chile pepper flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of chile heat on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer but the ghost peppers sort of overwhelm all other qualities in this one.
