Drinks very much like a liqueur. The fact that it's high in alcohol is apparent but it's not hot, none of the ethanol burn that rushes up your nostrils. The sweet vanilla and almond richness comes through and the stout nature disappears a bit, though not in a negative way. In a fashion that transforms the beer pretty miraculously. I get why they don't bottle things like this; it's a 4 oz serving. It's amazing in that serving size. But it's almost a paradigm shift. This isn't beer. It's astounding how Bruery pushes those boundaries.

Damn! Dessert on tap. Smells like almond extract. Tastes like a rich almond cocktail. Medium mouthfeel. Awesome variant of Black Tuesday. Needs to be bottled. Super good!

A little less thick in appearance than the original, I dunno if the cherries or the almonds thin it out, doesn't look bad, but doesn't look as bad ass intimidating as the other one.
The aroma is leaning cherry and not as huge on the roast and bourbon. Not quite as good as Cherry Chocolate Rain. Similar though, but not as sweet/choclatey. Still hides alcohol very well and quite drinkable for its abv.
Would definitely buy a bottle or two if it came to that.

Black, thick, rich and delicious - says it all.
This is one of the best BT varients I've had and I've tried most of them. I'm an original big fan of BT and believe that it may truly be capable of being cellared for dozens of years. Believe it or not, I also think that it goes as well with big savory foods as much as it goes with dessert (or most certainly by itself!)
This one is fantastic in all respects.
