A: Poured into a tulip glass to a bright and clear light golden yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two fingers of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells peppery, slightly funky, light lemony sourness, some orchard fruits and a little oak
T: Taste is light lemony sourness with a huge blast of orchard fruits, some funk, peppery yeast and a little oak. On the finish there's more orchard fruits, light acidity, peppery yeast, and some lingering light funk.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things but it is not watery. Carbonation is active and slightly prickly while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity and yeast choice.
O: Overall this beer is great. It has some really nice flavors and a decent amount of complexity which make it a fun experience to drink. very well executed and no glaring flaws
