Enjoyed on cask last night at The Bruery.
A: A beautiful dark orange/copper hued body that supported an off-white two finger head. The lacing was magnificent as well, leaving milkshake like traces along the sides of the glass.
S: Probably the best part of the beer itself; extremely bold and complex mix of floral and citrus-like aromas. A mix of mango, orange, and grapefruit seem to be the main components. I couldn't get enough and found myself leaving my nose inside the tulip glass for several minutes at time.
T: Just like the last batch of regular Humulus Lager, the malt body was rich in flavor, light in body, and complemented the ample amounts of citrus hop flavor. The finish was wheaty and musky, which made this beverage go down ever so smoothly.
M: A palate wrecker for sure, but the bitterness didn't linger long...which was nice. A lot of oily and creamy qualities on the front end, with a touch dryness at the end.
D: I would put this beer up against the Elder's, Sculpin's, Hop Slam's, and Bling Pig's of the world. Extremely easy to drink and very tasty! A top ten for me.
Overall: This beer is addicting...and I hope they continue to brew this beer on a consistent basis. A must try. Cheers!

On the hand pump at the Bruery
A: The pour is a slightly cloudy golden color with a fairly fluffy white head.
S: The nose is full of incredibly juicy citrus hops, primarily of the grapefruit variety. There's a nice piney character to the nose as well.
T: The flavor is intensely bitter with lots of bitter yet juicy grapefruit flavor along with a slight grassiness that one might attribute to the dry hopping.
M: The body is medium with a smooth, low carbonation.
D: This was my favorite of the cask offerings of the Humulus Lager. I really enjoyed the intense aromatics and bitterness that the Simcoe provided.
