On-cask at the Bruery

A: The pour is (again) a slightly cloudy golden color with a minimal white head.

S: The nose is fairly mild and offers up a fair amount of lemon rind and a touch of pine and alcohol.

T: The flavor is fairly mild and while it does offer up a bit of citrus hop flavor, it is quite subtle. The hops provide a bit of lemon rind bitterness along with some toasty bread.

M: Like the other cask offerings, low in carbonation with a medium body.

D: This was the weakest of the dry hopping treatments. The citra is a fairly new variety to me, but it didn't seem that the hops really exerted much of their character on the beer.
