A: The pour is an amberish color with a fair amount of golden notes to it. A mild white head forms initially, but quickly dissipates.

S: The nose has some detectable cherry, but not all that intense (mostly in the background). The fruit is mildly tart smelling, but quite "real", and not artificial in anyway, which is a plus.

T: The cherries aren't all that sour (despite being described as such). There is a good fruit character to the beer, however, and the flavor is lightly sweet. I don't pick up too much of the Filthy Blonde, but that beer is rather bland itself, so it's not surprising.

M: The body is medium with almost no carbonation at all, as you would expect from a cask pour.

D: Decent beer and easy to drink, but not quite as potent in terms of the cherry as I was hoping for.

Poured a yellowish pink with a half finger head that left very little lacing on the glass. The malts were bigger on the aroma than the cherries but did add a little sweetness to the nose. Up front malts stike first again with a ver faint cherry flavor but also had a very little bit of underlying citrus. Its a light bodied beer with a moderate amount of carbonation that had a malty crisp and very slight sweet finish. Drank very good due to the lightness of the beer but overall was an average beer.

On cask at The Bruery,

A: Pours a pinkish amber with a mild white head, average retention.

S: Definite cherry nose, a bit medicinal, some malt and Bretty character.

T: Cherry essence, but the cherries aren't a major part of the flavour. Certainly a stone fruit/cherry pit kind of taste, hint of sweetness, good malt character.

M: Light-bodied, creamy and crisp. Hint of tannins.

D: A good beer, I wanted the cherries to come out a little more, but they've clearly been fermented out all the way, something that could be really interesting with a year on it methinks.
