A: The pour is cloudy and golden with a hint of amber to it and nearly no head on it at all.
S: Quite a funky and almost bacterial aroma to it, which seems to come from some other beers with peaches and apricots. Seems nearly kambucha-like, to be honest. Some sweet peach and malt underneath, however.
T: The flavor offers up some peachiness, but not all that much. Overall, the flavor is somewhat light and bland. What is there is quite a bit of funkiness, barnyard in nature.
M: The body is medium with perhaps a touch of water to it. Very minimal carbonation.
D: Not my favorite of the casks, unfortunately. I found this to be just off in the nose and not all that flavorful.

On cask at The Bruery during the 4th of July, on to the beer:
Light yellow in color, but there's no head on top of this beer. The aroma is light and perfumy; a little white peach to smell. The overal flavor is light in intensity. The white peach are there, but happen to be balanced out by the base beer, which is a little rustic. The light mouthfeel without carbonation makes this beer very easy to consume, and a good treat on a warm afternoon.

Poured a pale golden yellow with a thin head and decent lacing sticking to the glass. Its a very mild aroma with the malts sticking out more that had grains, faint peach, and brett notes. The taste was very similar to the nose which consisted of wheat malts hint of citrus and very faint peach flavors. There seemed to be a very little brett character as well. The beer was light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation that had a malty crisp but very little peach finish. Again a very drinkable light across the board that had me thinking the fruit was really gonna stand out more than it did.

On cask at The Bruery,
A: Pours a deep golden yellow, moderate white head.
S: Peaches, stone fruit, Brett.
T: Outright the funkiest of the 3 by far. Fermented peaches with a lot of barnyard flavour, hint of horse blanket.
M: Light-bodied, very mild carbonation. Clean finish, refreshing with its hint of acidity.
D: Pretty interesting, good complexities in a 4% beer. I'd love to see this soured up.
