1682nd Review on BA
Draft to Snifter
@TheBruery
App- A solid brown red color. A little bit lighter than the base beer due to the souring (I am saying this) A couple bubbles but not much. A good and dense center.
Smell- A nice blending of sweet and sour berries in the glass. Most of the danish rye aroma from base beer is gone but more of a one note beer.
Taste- Again, this is a nice beer. I am rating a bit high, but I still feel a slight one note to this one. A good amount of berry, sweet, tart and crisp. Missing the base beer mark again with the bready rye.
Mouth- A lighter medium body with a lighter medium crisp carbonation. Retains the "Bruery" yeast after flavor for their sours.
Drink- Tasty. Although I got almost all berry and sour and it lacked a bit of balance. I think a bigger glass and a larger pour wouldve helped. Maybe warmer. Ill come back to this.
