really really good again, the cryo sabro is the interesting element here, and its also about as much amarillo as i have known to be packed into a beer, intense and fruity as heck, but i still like the number 10 the best so far of the ones i have had, but that could be freshness related at this point, and this is pretty close. orange and thick in the glass, seriously almost like orange juice, i cant see any sediment, but this one is dense! short head from the tap is all. aroma and flavor are awesome, a green sort of savory element from the sabro, notes of fresh ripe kiwi fruit, green melon, fleshy lime, and some sweet orange, juicy but not just, there is some bitterness too, a heavy lemon thing from the amarillo, papaya and pineapple notes too, its absolutely packed with hops, just short of green and overdone, but just, the cryo helps keep it on the right side of that line i think, and probably represents the best way we have to keep making beers hoppier than ever that actually taste good. fuller bodied and less bubbly than some of the others have been, could be the kegs vs the cans, but it feels heavy to me, and gets more and more filling as it warms up. fresh though still it seems, juicy and a touch sweet in the finish, a cool combination of hops in a series of beers i am really loving right now. fremont does hops as well as anyone!

Had seen this around on draft, but thought it was the same beer each time. Realized when I saw cans in stores for the first time that the hop (and malt?) varies for each batch. Was labeled online as, “2-Row Pale, Rolled Oats, Flaked Wheat, White Wheat, and Malted Oats with Sabro Cryo, Ekuanot, and Amarillo hops.” Had never heard of Sabro, but was a big fan of Ekuanot and Amarillo. Was looking forward to this one as almost everything I’ve tried from Fremont has been really good.
Poured a hazy pale yellow-to-medium yellow color with three fingers of frothy off-white head. Lots of bubbles creeping up along the sides of the glass. Outstanding spotty lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled bubblegum, guava, herbal, eucalyptus, peach, mixed berry, melon, pear, light banana and floral. From the can mainly got tangerine, guava and bubble gum. (Smell - 3.50)
Taste was similar to the nose. Got bubblegum, guava, mixed berry, melon, peach, bitter tangerine rind, pear, cucumber (?), herbal and eucalyptus. (Taste - 3.50)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Juicy finish. (Feel - 3.75)
This was very good overall, but not sure I’d need to have it again. At least this one with these hops. (Taste - 3.75)

16 oz. Can
PKGD: 02/11/19
Less than a month on this can.
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, guava, mango, peach, melon), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, guava, peach, melon), nice little sweetness, pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake! Nice to see it around here.

Packaged on 2/11/2019, consumed on 3/1/2019 - poured from a tall-boy can into my Bruery tulip.
Hazy jasmine body with a half finger of delicate off-white foam up top, receding to a lasting collar surrounding a light surface slick. Fine lacing, average retention.
Aggressive hop aromatics, spicy, moderately dank, and fruity with melon, passion fruit, and citrus elements along side mint and other low herbaceous notes.
Pomelo, grapefruit, melon, and cucumber on the palate. Ginger, gin, and lime soda notes lead into the dry lightly biscuity finish. Tastes something like a mixed drink more than most beers I've had. Intriguing and crisp.
Medium-light bodied, well carbonated, refreshing with well integrated alcohol.
A unique blend of West coast and East coast strategies and tastes went into this ale - along with a very contemporary hop bill. Very good.
