During the 2017 Festival of Farmhouse Ales, a few of our guests joined us in a creative collaboration, Sante Adairius Rustic Ales, Side Project, and Tired Hands. Together, we crafted a farmstead ale with organic flaked corn, organic spelt, and Vermont knotweed, honey, which rested in wine barrels for 10 months prior to an extended period of carefully observed conditioning. it seems fitting to debut this nearly 7 years to the day, during the festival that brought everyone together.

Over a lightly foggy body of burnt yellow builds an impossibly condensed head, to the point that you can hardly see the definition of its microfine bubbles within the solidly flat finger of white foam, even under the full light of a sunny day on the Hill.
A total profile shift from the draft pour of Art we had before it, yet extremely damn pleasant in its own right, a tartness of something like lemon-lime with fleeting accents of mint meet a mild level of oak.
The softly firm fizz makes for a really damn nice body.
