Barhop has good yeast in their pizza and bread, but not for this saison. That's really not a criticism as saison yeasts, in general, can be tricky to keep and cultivate.
Storm King Looks flat, not inviting. The weak yeast also suppresses Smells, average mostly light fruity malts; but not distinct. Tastes really are the same, no engagement with the senses. light-mouthed and could have more bubbles.
Despite not liking Storm King (which has to compete in my favourite style), I do like how Barhop focusses as much on their food (mostly pizza) as their beer.
