For our 11th Anniversary, we brewed this extremely refreshing German-Style Leichtbier using just hops, malt, water and yeast. Save the corn for the BBQ and enjoy this full flavored light lager. It’s not an American Light Lager, but instead a German Style light lager, brewed for doing American things. Prost `Merica!

Grabbed a 4-pack of this and a bunch of other stuff on a recent trip to Windmill Farms. Was excited to see this in stores. Bine & Vine’s website describes this beer as “For our 11th Anniversary, we brewed this extremely refreshing German-Style Leichtbier using just hops, malt, water and yeast. Save the corn for the BBQ and enjoy this full flavored light lager. It’s not an American Light Lager, but instead a German Style light lager, brewed for doing American things. Prost `Merica!”

Poured a clear straw color with three fingers of frothy white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up the sides and bottom of the glass. Excellent uneven foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)

Smelled awesome, right from the beginning. In order got Honey Nut Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, sourdough bread, Noble hops, spicy pepper notes, hay, grass, corn and hints of pear. Almost as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.50)

Tasted almost as good as the nose. I couldn’t believe how much flavor there was for 3.7 pct. ABV. In order got Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, sourdough bread, Noble hops, black pepper, hay, grass, corn, floral, hints of pear and lingering bitter malts. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, clean finish. (Feel - 4.75)

Damn. Enegren can do no wrong. Another fantastic lager and I underrated this overall. (Overall - 4.50)

And Raul goes for dayzzzzzzz like a horse eating hayyyyyy. Let’s go. This one is a treat and it’s not even Christmas. Light, but flavorful like a figure skater before a triple lux. Oh my, I want to fly. My name is Raul, and just like Gretzky, Enegren shoots and scores!
