Citrusy, snappy, and bright, Sophisticated Lady is a decidedly unique spring beer. Lively and extremely sessionable, this zesty table Saison was brewed with a delicately complex grain bill of Farmhouse Pilsner, rye, wheat, and oats from our friends over at Rabbit Hill. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Simcoe for an assertive yet enticing bitterness, Sophisticated Lady was dreamed up to help celebrate the Exit Zero Spring Jazz festival.
