Pours a cloudy red raspberry color with minimal head. Great raspberry aroma. Great light wheat beer base, raspberries are very dominant but not overpowering. Light carbonation works well for this beer. Crisp and refreshing, not too sweet. Overall one of my favorite summer beers, definitely drank many gallons of this in growler fills this year, would love to score a keg of it.

After sampling 4oz at the brewery, the wife and I split a growler with dinner.
Low carbonation and a little pasty. Very sweet. Lots of raspberry, plus hints of citrus, yeast, perfume. The raspberry does a good job of cutting the pastiness of the Belgian (having also recently sampled regular Cloud Cover).

Growler purchased 9/18/16 at brewery. Poured into Belgian ale glass.
L: 2F head with good retention, lacing, ring and cap. Beer is cloudy pinkish-red.
S: Raspberries! What a surprise. Flaked wheat and Pils malts. That's about it really.
T: Slightly tart raspberries, malts, flaked wheat. Not much to it, really.
F: Light bodied, light to medium carbonation. Good balance as the raspberries could have skewed things both tart and sweet. Crisp and refreshing. Good summer beer.
