Appearance: lightly hazy golden yellow in color with a 1/2" head that quickly falls.
Smell: some earthy tones are picked up by the nose.
Taste: milder malt profile here with some lemon zest, orange, and an earthy bitterness.
Mouthfeel: light-medium bodied beer. Soft crispness from start to finish. Short lasting aftertaste.
Overall: an easy to drink session IPA and the Simcoe hops give it a great flavor with a milder mouthfeel. Low alcohol allows a few to be had in a session.
