This 7.4% India Pale Ale uses a similar malt profile to most of our IPA, but we added large doses of New Zealand Motueka and Austrian Galaxy hops to the kettle and dry-hopping. The combination creates a unique tropical fruit and citrus flavor with hints of lemon/lime.

On tap at the brewery 10/20/16. These are notes I emailed to myself.
l 1F head ok retention leaves some lacing and a ring. Beer is a hazy brassy color.
s very faint tropical and citrus with malt, but I really can't get much out of it at all.
t very interesting. tropical for sure grassy and herbal character. somewhat metallic. cannot place it but don't love it.
F light to medium body and light carbonation, constructtion and balance seem ok
o was inevitable I'd find a kane I didn't like. the fact it took over 25 different beers to happen speaks well of them

Hazy and murky orange tinged gold with a fluffy off white head. Very lime forward aroma with herbal lemongrass undertones.
Flavor leans a little more towards lemon whereas the scent was lime forward. Medium bodied with a softer rounder mouthfeel. Finishes with a grassy lingering bitterness. The hazy IPAs often give a slightly wort like flavor and it's here with this one. A bit of polyphenol driven astringency lingers at the end.
