Porcelain Saucers is our interpretation of a German Kolsch. This 5.4% ale was brewed with German Pilsner and wheat malts and fermented with a traditional yeast for this style. We moderately hopped this beer with Australian Galaxy for a tropical fruit finish.

Can to snifter.
Look:
Muted yellow, mild haze, green tint, small grey head.
Aroma:
Hopeful light grains, touch of citrus,
Taste:
Sharp grass and citrus upfront. A little soapy.
A lemony tart finish with a little paste.
Feel:
Somewhat smooth with good carbonation action, but an acetic twinge at the end makes this cut off sharp.
Trying get into it, and it is smoothing a bit since the pour, but not quite getting there.
Sub-par.

On tap at Jockey Hollow in Morristown. Pours an effervescent golden hue with minimal frothing. Faint aroma replete with hints of vanilla. Similar overall flavor profile.
