On tap at the brewery, small pour.
Dark brown color with a fire-mist red highlight, dark tan head, lots of bubbles, ring lacing.
Rum and booze. Sweetened char. Chocolate, wood.
Aged rum, chocolate, cherry vanilla, caramelized sugar. Alcohol.
Full and smooth boozy carbonated body. Lots of alcohol.
Good, but is it worth the 12% abv when I could enjoy more of less, I wonder.

Stunningly good. The rum character bursts out of the glass. Layers of vanilla, caramel, burnt sugar, dark fruits and candi sugar. Taste follows nose, big rum character, like drinking old rum mixed with dark chocolate. Rich and smooth mouth feel with just enough carb. Stunner. Please bottle this.
