Ink black with a tall light mocha foam settling to a thin chain.
Smell is mesmerizing. Milk chocolate swirls around maple syrup as complex, slightly smoky charred oak adds vanilla and toasted coconut while bringing only a slight accent of peppery bourbon.
At first it seems like it will be hot, but taste is really sweet bourbon without the heat, kind of like a Jack and Coke, but through a smooth medium body that is slick and glides right down. While maple is big on the nose, it is more mild in flavor, allowing for dark chocolate and dark fruit notes to combine in Raisinets form. Some rum-soaked vanilla bean character comes out on the tail end of a semi-dry, tingly swallow with accents of Rolos.
