Brewed with American two row, spelt, oats, and hopped with a bit of Citra in the whirlpool. Summer Moon then gets a generous dry-hop of Cashmere, Galaxy, Citra and a bit of El Dorado.

Looks like a typical IPA, but the taste and feel exceed expectations.
Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Mild hop floral aroma. Taste is an excellent hop forward, malt sweetness mix. Feel is also a cut above, rich mouthfeel. Overall it's a tasty easy drinking IPA.

Nice little summer brew that is not just a watered down version if a stronger beer.
Some sharp citrus and hints of earthy spice. Maybe coriander. Barley flavors reminds me of a young scotch that is smooth, but yet to mature. So.e touches of yeast also.
Surprisingly medium body, but drinks a touch lighter.

Pours an opaque starburst-orange with a couple fingers of off-white head. Head retention is good. Aroma is a quick hit of yeast and then tangerine, papaya, mango, grapefruit, orange zest, lemon zest, and lemon grass. Tropical fruits are dense, and mingle with a little bit of domestic fruit zest for complexity. Flavor profile is grapefruit, mango, papaya, and orange and lemon zest. Flavor profile tropical fruits drive much more of a fleshy, ripe profile vs. the thinner notes on the nose. Yeast cashes out at the end of the flavor profile, lingering on the tongue with a little orange zest and papaya. Mouth feel is lightly chalky, and a touch grainy. It hits a medium-thick consistency. Together it forms a rather dense beer, jam packed with notes. Overall, big tropical fruits and orange zest romantically mingling with yeast. It's hop forward without a doubt, with the flavor profile refraining from coming off as sweet or cloying.

Pouring from a 16 oz. can into a Willi Becher, this beer pours out hazy and burnt orange in color. It forms a finger and a half of greatly dense and creamy, off orange/yellow colored crown. Leaves some lacing.
The nose brings some sweetness like bubblegum and honey mixing with grassy notes, slightly toasted malts and citrus/tropical notes.
The taste follows the nose almost to a t. Bubblegum notes, some grassiness, citrus and tropical juiciness both present. Some sweet pineapple. Almost Swedish fish. Slightly toasted malts.
The mouthfeel is creamy with good carbonation.
Overall, this is a very smooth beverage with the alcohol hidden well. I feel like if Kane wanted to, they could brew great milkshake IPAs because of their water treatment and the mouthfeel that all their IPAs bring.
