This variant was inspired by one of our favorite ice cream desserts and is a Chocolate, Banana and Roasted Walnut stout. We conditioned the stout on cacao nibs, banana chips, and freshly roasted walnuts. Rich and balanced with chocolate and walnut on the nose followed by rich chocolate flavor, hints of banana, and a long roasted walnut finish.

Gooey chocolate chip banana nut bread!!!
This pours muddy dull brown, less black than other Omnas, with a tall dense tan foam settling to a creamy film leaving spongy lace all over.
Smell is M&Ms and walnut with a hint of fresh baked banana bread holy fuck.
Creamy chocolate taste just glides into a total banana bread character bringing me back to mom's kitchen. It's certainly the most decadent Port Omna variant, and may be too chocolatey and sweet, at least moreso than the other components, but it's not cloying in the least.
The medium-full body has a soft fizz and a tingly semi-dry finish with a touch of booze on the exhale.

Pours pretty dark, abundant mocha head that lingers. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malts, nuts. Flavor is rich chocolate, toasted walnut, banana flavor is gently in the background, finish is more roasted walnut and gobs of chocolate. Love it. Carbonation adds to a creamy mouthfeel. Overall an outstanding variant of the Port Omna series, fantastic beer!!! Wish I had bought more.

Canned on 3/8/2019. Poured into Kane Port Omna commemorative glass. It pours jet black with a full finger of creamy, light khaki head n thick coating of lacing. The nose features roasted malt, fresh chopped walnuts, and subtle but discernible banana. It has a really unique flavor and is much more banana-forward than indicated by the smell. Once the initial banana passes I taste the cocoa and roasted walnuts. They are very fresh. The flavors blend extremely well. While I thought this might taste gimmicky it is really pleasing. The feel is thick for a milk stout but silky smooth. The carbonation is well hidden and the 8.2% ABV gives it lots of substance. I’ll be the first to admit I was skeptical but this is a very fine Port Omna variant. I really enjoyed it.
