Peanut butter and chocolate imperial milk stout. Inspired by your favorite chocolate peanut butter cup, the stout was conditioned on peanuts, peanut butter, and a combination of Haitian, Ecuadorian, and Ugandan cacao nibs. This variant is packed with rich flavors of chocolate and peanuts.

Tannish brown in the glass, really nice and smooth while maintaining a silky stout mouthfeel. Peanut butter is in balance, not overpowering. Kane never overdoes it, even with a gadget beer.

Pours very dark, finger of head fades quickly. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, peanuts. Huge chocolate flavor mixes with peanuts, burnt brown sugar, some caramel, extremely long milk chocolate finish. This should have been called a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Beer. Not too sweet, rich and creamy, overall an outstanding beer, wish they had canned it.

On draught at the brewery. It pours a dark walnut color with minimal khaki-colored head and virtually no lacing. This may be due to the temperature. The fragrant smell features rich cocoa, roasted malt, roasted peanuts, char, and tobacco smoke. This is really delicious! Rich, dark milk chocolate and you can really taste the peanuts; they're so fresh and stay on the tip of the tongue. There is also freshly-brewed coffee and a slight bitter char. All of the flavors blend superbly and the taste improves as the glass warms. The mouth feel is rich and creamy with moderate carbonation, and the 8.2% ABV is justified by the quality of the flavors. Overall, this is superb and I think better than some of the variants Kane canned this year.
