El Dorado Punch is our 6.8% IPA brewed with American two-row, malted oats, flaked oats, flaked barley, lactose. It was hopped with Citra and Simcoe in the whirlpool, fermented on a bunch of Apricot and dry-hopped with El Dorado and a small amount of Amarillo and Citra.

Can to snifter. Happy hour tasting with the wife of 6 IPA's on a belated IPA Day celebration.

LOOK: Pulpy yellow orange. medium off white head. excellent retention.
AROMA: citrus and apricot. strength is ok.
TASTE: sour apricot is dominant. Some citrus and herbal and perfume notes linger further down. Would maybe like less apricot and a touch more of the hops. That being said, I am not all that familiar with the El Dorado hop, so not maybe the apricot dominance is preferable.
FEEL: smooth and creamy, sourness gives a little pucker at the end, but not too off putting.
Different for sure.

Pours a medium orange / straw color - looks like cloudy apricot juice. Big billowy head that slowly recedes. Nice dank hoppy aroma - apricots come through with some earthy, tropical aromas. Flavor is very tropical, tastes like orange juice at first, very hoppy and juicy, then the apricot flavor comes into play. A little sweet with a slightly tart finish. Apricot flavor tastes great. Carbonation is appropriate, medium bodied. Overall a very enjoyable apricot IPA, glad I tried it.
