Imperial milk porter aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on Rook Coffee coffee beans aged in Willet bourbon barrels for 7 months before being roasted.

Bottle to snifter.
Big difference on this one was the aroma. Not as pleasant as the other versions. Maybe some oxidation is adding the chemical and earthy smells to the coffee and malt bill.
Otherwise, still fantastic. Rook Coffee and Kane porters/stouts are a great combination.

My love of heavy stouts makes imperial porters sort of tough, but the richness of the coffee and barrel-derived vanilla and coconut really make you appreciate this one. The flavors aren’t all that bold, but when you find them, they’re delicious.
