Light and crisp European pilsner. Despite the chestnut barrel aging, any nuttiness in the flavor was barely there. Still, a pleasant, refreshing golden pilsner.

Appearance is polished golden brown, clear and gleaming, with a short white bubbly blanket dispersing to a thick ridged collar.
The round smooth medium body has a fluffiness that delivers sweet corn and Southern corn bread with a wild herb and grass accent and a hint of amaretto and vanilla from the wood, finishing just perfectly dry.
