Imperial stout brewed with bourbon barrel-aged Vermont maple syrup with marshmallows added to the kettle. From there, this full-bodied, indulgent beer was then conditioned on toasted graham crackers, cacao and vanilla beans.

Pours fairly dark and thin, minimal head. Aroma is boozy bourbon barrel, loads and loads of chocolate, some vanilla, faint graham cracker. Flavor is milk chocolate, vanilla milk, marshmallow sweetness on the finish. Pretty thin for a Kane BA Stout and thin for the style, interesting carbonation - fairly lively. Overall a delicious BA version of a great beer.

Thick. Dark black color. Small head.
Super complex with taste and aroma. Boozy s'mores.
A touch flat.

This may have been my favorite beer of EBF 2020 this year. Poured jet black much like all the other Kane stouts did. This one just had a really great aroma and taste to match. The feel was smooth and fully bodied. Overall this beer was firing on all cylinders in my opinion, really well done.
