Medovik - Bourbon Barrel-Aged

Medovik is a full-bodied imperial stout that we brewed in collaboration with Melovino Meadery last year. It was inspired by the flavors of a traditional Russian honey cake and was brewed with toasted graham cracker, clove honey and lactose. We saved a portion of this release, racked it into bourbon barrels, aged it for a year, and then added Madagascar vanilla beans and a small amount of cinnamon.
