Black Tie Required (2019)

6.0% fruited IPA brewed with two-row malt, flaked oats, and lactose. It was fermented with our house ale yeast on over a half a pound per gallon of tangerine and blood orange. It was hopped with Mandarina Bavaria in the whirlpool, dry-hopped with Citra, Chinook and Mandarina Bavaria, and conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans. This year’s Black Tie Required has bright citrus flavor from the fruits and hops, alongside sweetness from the lactose and vanilla bean.
