Imperial milk stout blended with bourbon and maple syrup barrel-aged stouts. In this 11% blend, the imperial milk stout mellows the barrel-aged stouts and creates subtle oak tones that are balanced by notes of sweet maple, chocolate, and coffee.

Pours very dark, massive foamy head that slowly recedes and tastes great. Huge chocolate aroma, good amount of maple syrup, I notice the bourbon barrel treatment the most. Flavor is rich chocolate, touch of maple, sweet but very well balanced, barrel aging comes through nicely. Gets a little boozy as it warms. Full bodied, thick and creamy, carbonation adds to a chewy texture. Overall this is one of my favorite variants.
