Coconut and vanilla bean imperial milk stout. Inspired by an old-fashioned coconut cream pie, the beer was conditioned on shredded organic coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans. The final finish is full of dominating coconut flavors that are supported by vanilla sweetness, and notes of chocolate and coffee.

Pours fairly dark, decent foamy head that disappeared fairly quickly. Aroma is dominated by sweet smelling vanilla followed by light coconut. Flavor is sweet vanilla with fresh coconut and more sweet milk sugar. Medium carbonation adds to a creamy mouthfeel. Overall a good beer, a bit on the sweet side.
