Hazy light golden pour with a foamy white head. In the nose and flavor, I was expecting more of that biscuity quality with a sharp pilsner bite, typical of your Peroni/Moretti pilseners. This beer leaned more citrus with a bite from the two-step kettle/dry hop process. Lemon with an underlying sweetness was the flavor payoff. So in essence, an Italian-style pilsener from a more American perspective.

Pours hazed straw with some effervescence. Just shy of two fingers of bubbly, near-white head. Spotty lacing.
Sulfur and cloves in the aroma.
Similar taste with a flat, tea-like bitterness added to the finish.
Full bodied for the style with zippy carbonation.
Not my favorite.

Recently regained my shine for Kane with their Lager-work. The 19.2 Oz cans are also just a genius (almost funny) touch. Canned 6/29/22.
This pours with a great golden clarity with a two-finger head of eggshell white foam. Sort of diminishes to a finger quickly but hangs in there.
Pleasant aromas of malted grains and a touch of dry sand/minerals. Floral-ity shows eventually with a thin glaze of honey.
First flavor impression is a quick herbal bite, into wet and leafy herbal sweetness and pale toasted grains. Finish is short but commands another sip.
This is quite clean drinking. Nothing off, bitterness (which is very mild) balances the sweetness almost perfectly, and carbonation is fresh and bubbly.
Close enough to a textbook Italian Pils, if such a textbook exists that is. Balance between Noble hoppiness and malt sweetness and richness is great. More simple than complex, and I mean that in a fully complimentary way.
