Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Kane tulip glass; canned 10/26/20.
A: Pours an opaque, yellow/golden/orange color leaving a one to two finger, lemon chiffon head, rim retention, but somewhat foamy and sticky, if disjointed, lacing.
S: Aromas of citrus, particularly lemon, white grapefruit, nectarine and tangerine, with barley grain clearly in the picture out from. Perhaps a bit grassy, but the barley comes through to dominate over time.
T: More semidry than semisweet. Very grassy and barley grain is front and center only become more pronounced as it warms. Caramel, lemon, white grapefruit, nectarine, and pine all play a rĂ´le in the flavor. Bitterness provides balance to any sweetness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: This is an enjoyable, if relatively dry, grainy AIPA. Like Indicators, Electric Tide would appear to be an IPA with a well hopped lager as its Spirit Animal. Guessing it is designed to appeal to the "I'm into lagers again" crowd (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Can to Tulip glass; end of work week, preparing for dinner and S2E3 of the Mandolorian.
LOOK: Bright yellow color, somewhat hazy, Medium off white head, medium creamy.
AROMA: fresh citrus, grass, light to medium strength,
TASTE: A bit more worth writing about in the taste. Similar citrus and grass, but stronger. Also, some hints of pineapple, mineral, raw barley comes through in finish which smooths it out, but also comes off a little bitter. Weird little soapy finish also.
FEEL: light to medium body, lacking some carbonation,
Liked this off cracking open, but it lacks awesomeness which most Kane beers have at least a hint of. Still pretty tasty, but I've been dropping my numbers little by little as I consume.
