A: Salmon hued with perhaps a tint of faded pastel coral. 1F creamy, mousse white head.

S: Lotta, lotta sweetness. Canned cherry filling, maraschino cherries in their juice. Vanilla cheesecake, honey maid graham cracker crust. Too pastry like for me.

M: Light-med body with just a hint of syrup in the feel. Spritzy carbonation that could be more refreshing except for a hint of alcohol.

T: Kirsch x Polar ginger lime mule seltzer. Lactic sourness gives off cheesecake vibes topped with with tart cherry. Honey malt.

Flavor and mouthfeel definitely skews toward berliner weisse; it's even what they label it as on the can. Aromawise skews more toward the kettle sours I'm used to in the present market, and I thought it'd be too sweet on the palate. The prominence of the lactic sourness has me favoring the former categorization, and sets the table for a really pleasant bright cherry flavor.
