This 11.5% barleywine was aged over 17-months in an Armagnac cask. Armagnac is a distinctive Brandy distilled in Southern France from wine grapes. The barrel imparts warm baking spice aromatics, fruitiness and enhances the vinous character already present in Object Permanence.

Pours a murky dark brownish color, appropriate foamy head. Aroma is sweet brown sugar, port wine. Flavor is brown sugar, sweet malt, ample cognac and barrel flavor. Incredibly creamy. Overall a delicious beer.
