Pours a deep dark brown, thin head with large foamy bubbles. Aroma is muted fig, burnt caramel, brown sugar syrup. Semi sweet, loads of brown sugar, I get the port barrel treatment on the finish. Carbonation adds to a very creamy texture. Thick and creamy. Overall a very good variant, I really enjoy the port finish. Not too winey. This one was buried in the back of the beer fridge, still good after 4.5 years…
