This decadent blend was brewed with a massive amount of brownie batter and then aged for 17 months in Buffalo Trace and Weller Bourbon barrels. Next, we conditioned it on a thoughtful amount of Haitian cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans. The vanilla and caramel notes from the barrel aging are intensified by the addition of cacao nibs and vanilla beans to create a truly indulgent experience that reminds us of the ultimate brownie à la mode.

Pours fairly dark with a minimal foamy head. Massive aroma of vanilla caramel brownie batter. Flavor is brownies. Dark, decadent, rich brownies. Ample vanilla and chocolate with sweet caramel. Very rich, a little boozy. A little thin for a Kane BBA beer, decent carbonation. Overall a massively flavorful beer, absolutely delicious.
