Phantasm Effect, our 6.5% IPA, was first hopped in the whirlpool with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. Then during fermentation, we added Phantasm, which in an ingredient that was derived from Sauvignon grapes from New Zealand. After the Phantasm was added we dry hopped with more Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and HBC 586.
This is our first-time using Phantasm and it really helps to accentuate the hop flavors to create even bigger, brighter notes of citrus, guava, and passion fruit.

The blast of melon and pineapple when you open the can is tremendous. It is the best part of this beer.
