Subtle banana, rum flavor although no rum barrels. Wood and some bourbon also. Very sweet. Very light cinnamon. Warming. A little clo-y-ing. Pasty finish. Cinnamon comes through more after warming.

Pours thick and syrupy, minimal foam head. Big aroma of banana and maple. I am not a huge banana fan, but this is delicious. Banana is prominent but not overwhelming. Light touch of cinnamon, good dose of maple syrup, big boozy rum flavor in the finish. Outstanding flavor. Thick and viscous, creamy texture. Overall an outstanding variant.
