It was hopped with Chinook in the Kettle, Centennial and Chinook in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and Citra.
2024 batch was hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus in the Whirlpool, and Simcoe, Mosaic, Columbus & Simcoe Cryo in the dry-hop.

can to snifter
odd mix off hoppy malty.....I think I enjoyed my first one more than this, though I did not take any specific notes.
Mostly PIne is dominant along with grass. some warming spice and brown sugar sweetness, but mostly the former.

Pretty good IPA by Kane. All their IPAs are very good. Some are great. Their wheelhouse is really their stouts/BA stuff. This holiday IPA was very tasty but didn’t really stand out among other NE IPAs. Pretty, pretty; pretty good!
