Head High Batch 3,000 was brewed with the same pilsner base malt as all of our classic Head High batches but we added a bunch of rye and wheat. On the hot side we added Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic in the whirlpool and then added more Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic to our Head High dry hop program. For our Head High fans, Batch 3,000 will be familiar with slightly more citrus, passion fruit, tropical, and stone fruit flavors and aromas.

Pours a hazy medium yellow/orange color, perfect fluffy white head, great lacing and retention. Aroma has a spicy, sharp hop scent; I get tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, orange, flavor is orange, pineapple, I get some passionfruit as well. Carbonation adds to a creamy texture. Overall a very tasty ipa.
