Inspired by one of our favorite desserts, we conditioned the stout on Cream Cheese and a combination of Haitian, Ghanaian, and Ugandan cacao nibs. This variant is smooth, sweet, creamy, followed by flavors of rich chocolate.

This was the fourth and final iteration of Port Omna that I traded for recently with a friend, and probably my favorite of the bunch! Indeed, this felt like cheesecake as it was rich, smooth, and quite creamy on the palate!
This poured a lighter brown than the other iterations of this, but not my much as it looked like flat root beer. A moderate, tan head topped this off as it was full of bubbles and left a tan film on the side of my glass. Only a thin ring of lacing stood out as this wasn’t terribly thick in any way.
However, this was plenty sweet as the chocolate was in full force as the Vacaville never let up. Cream cheese, a bit of banana, coconut, and booze rounded out the aroma and taste with the end result being one of the stickiest lip-smacking offerings that I’ve ever had from Kane.
A good amount of powder was left behind once this was done, as this begged for an accompanying tart. Canned on 3/9, this was my favorite of the four variants I reviewed on here as this flew out of my glass. If you can’t get to a 24 hour diner here in Jersey, this would easily suffice in place of a dessert at one!
