Imperial IPA brewed with Pilsner and British base malts. It was hopped with Cascade and Centennial in the kettle, Simcoe and Amarillo in the whirlpool, and finally dry hopped with even more Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe. This IPA has a balanced bitterness with earthy floral, citrus, and pine aromas.

This beer pours a beautiful peach color with a bit of hop haze and a gorgeous, creamy white head that provides significant lacing. Floral notes dominate the nose up front, and there’s some citrus and malt as well.
The taste is more nuanced, with ripe peaches most prominent, along with a floral flavor as well that balances the peach, and a nice malt sweetness that makes this absolutely crushable.
The mouthfeel is straightforward WCIPA, medium and drying, pulling you back for another sip while you’re still processing the current sip. Really well done by a world class brewery.
