Around a medium body with close to medium carbonation that comes off a little prickly.
Aroma isn't overpowering but theres honey and cereal out front with black pepper and mild floral and grain
Taste is almost dry, cereal, grain, mild bitter hops that linger in the finish
Overall a really well done nice beer

16 oz can. Pours golden with tall white head and soda like carbonation. Aroma is of bready hops and bready malt. Body is medium and crisp. Floral hops dominate the palate with bready malt in the background. Long hoppy finish. Excellent brew.

Many thanks to The_Kriek_Friek for this can!

Canned on: ?????

A - Medium gold colored pour with a slight haze and moderate white lacing that's bright white in color, low carbonation.

S - Crisp, crackery malt base with pungent, citrus, earthiness and light peppery spice.

T - Crisp malt base with earthy citrus over top that leaves a healthy coating of earthy citrus lingering on the palate while finishing a little more on the hoppier, bitter side. There's alot of citrus resin lingering on the backside.

M - Big medium body with prickly carbonation while finishing dry in the middle of the tongue and alot of watering around the perimeter of the mouth.

O - This is a really fantastic Pilsner and highly recommended.

can to snifter.

look: a shade darker than straw, small off white head, very good retention.
aroma: mild grains, a little soapy?, ash,
Taste: barley, grains, hint of citrus.

hard for me to get too excited about a lager, but this is solid and pretty clean.

Wow, this stuff is bangin'. Long time listener, first time caller. Never written review before but often log my beers here to keep track of what I've tried before. But this time I had to say something. I'm a big IPA guy and love the stuff at Kane, but I do appreciate that rare great lager, and I'd say it's very hard to make a lager that tastes this good. Has to be more subtle and balanced compared to an IPA where they just have to load it with a massive dump of hops. Deceptively simple but when done well can be oh so good. This sure is something special. So crisp, it just BEGS you to take another sip. Just the right balance of malty breadness, dryness, and bitterness. Will definitely seek this out again.

Straw color appearance and a foamy white head with good retention and lacing. Malt, lemon, hay, biscuit. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Crisp, round, amazing.

Pours a crystal clear golden straw color with a billowing head of tight, creamy bubbles that leave great lacing.

Aromas of sweet, buiscuity malts, hay, and lightly grassy, earthy hops.

The flavor is a more pronounced version of the aroma, with all the previous notes just hitting a bit harder, but in a good way! The snappy, slightly bitter hops bring everything together in the finish and make you beg for another sip.

The mouth feel is just perfect. Pillowy soft, light on the tongue, yet with a fullness and roundness that can't be ignored. There's a brief moment just before the finish where the bitterness takes hold, and then there's a dryness that as mentioned before begs for another sip to be taken. Superb!

I don't write full reviews frequently, but after just a couple sips of this I knew I had to write one! This is an exemplary version of a Czech pilsner, and perhaps the best I've ever had! I don't say that lightly, as I've had loads of Hill Farmstead, Suarez, and other top pilsner producers! I really hope they continue to make this!
