Munich-style Helles lager brewed with the newly revived German Isaria heirloom barley variety with a dash of Barke Vienna malt. Hopped entirely with our Seitz Farms Tettnang hops to provide a lightly balancing bitterness. The beer drinks smooth and crisp with a floral and doughy malt profile along with a subtle noble hop profile pushed forward by natural carbonation.

Clear, golden color. medium-sized, white head. Bread and some floral notes in the aroma. It's malty but crisp and refreshing. A very decent lager beer.

16 oz can. Pours deep golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy, white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of bready malt and grassy hops. Body is medium and crisp. Bready malt and grassy hops nicely balanced on the palate. Finish is medium and semi-dry. Good brew.
