A Night To End All Dawns—Amburana Double Barrel is a 12.2% blend of Barrel-aged Imperial Stouts. It began with a blend of Imperial Stouts that had been aged for an average of 18 months in Weller Bourbon and Elijah Craig 12-year Bourbon barrels before being finished in a single Amburana wood cask for an additional three months.
Well worth the wait, A Night To End All Dawns Amburana Double Barrel pours a dense black with aromatics of homemade vanilla frosting, Cinnabon and chocolate brownies, supported by a soft and smooth chocolate profile.
